I added a free shipping promotion and not working.
I did the following:
Add cart promotion
Name: Free Shipping
Conditions:
Order Subtotal greater than 174.99
Shipping methods equal Economy
Coupon Code: Holiday175
Bonuses:
Free Shipping Economy
and it don't apply not sure what I am doing wrong
