its a basic question of principle.
I want to add some new information for my products directly with the import file.
Especially, the page title of the product.
May I simply add the right column "Page Title" in my import file, where I want, or is there some rule to respect for column position ?
Or should this information be in the features field ?

Pay attention to Imported Fields Format
Use "Page title" instead of "Page Title"

Yes, simply look at the export fields in the admin UI for exporting of products. It will list the currently known fields. If you have custom fields, the schema can be extended to import/export them as well.
Note that you can import page titles by default
