Disable Multiple Shipments Per Order - Can't Find It

Hi,

I can't find the option to disable multiple shipments per order in 4.5.2 - has this option been removed?
Seems like an overkill for most situations. Keeping status etc in order entity itself should be good enough for most cases.

From the changelog of version 4.4.1

[*] Shipments: The “Allow multiple shipments for a single order” setting was removed. Multiple shipments are enabled by default. The interface was changed to allow you to create a single or multiple shipments.
