Hi guys,

Please advise.

We recently moved to another hosting server and after that we started getting this message everywhere in admin

Your 30-day evaluation period has expired. Please purchase the full commercial license (www.cs-cart.com/licenses.html) or remove the software from your server.

The license is active.

Also we did this fix with server support - no results

Maybe your server blocks the communication? Do mind that CS-Cart server for license authentication uses a russian IP adress, which are almost immediately linked to dangerous hacking attempts and such. So just make sure that your hosting provider has unblocked that for you!

On the Administration -> Logs page check requests and answers from updates.cs-cart.com

Is there any way I can use my live server License for development? I have setup a local machine and I do have a valid license for my live server, But the problem is, local machine license expired. Is there any way to fix this or I will have to purchase another license for my local development server?

You can use your license for dev store if it is closed for public

Simply contact help-desk and give them the domain name.

So you say that the expired license issue can be resolved, as it occurred with our client. So you suggest that the help desk can assist with the license issue?

You can use live license for dev environment if dev store is not public. Just close store-front in the general settings

If you want a separate license for development (like an addon developer would get), contact sales@cs-cart.com and tell them about your needs.
