Under Options>Variants, the uploaded image is in portrait, however, the generated thumbnail is in landscape. Some images are doing this and some are not. Why? Thanks.
Please share URL of the page with issue. May be images are rotated by CSS?
It is currently closed/offline. Some images for the same product are affected and some are not so it is not due to CSS.

Starting from version 4.6.3, CS-Cart will take into account the orientation from Exif data when generating thumbnails. This will require exif PHP extension to be installed on the server. In current version, thumbnails orientation depends on your camera firmware default orientation.
