I have been using Promotions with free shipping to create the option for UPS Collect, except the customer has to put their UPS Acct. either in the comments field or in a registration field when they sign up, but would prefer it as a hard wired option for UPS and FEDEX collect. As of now that is the only way to ship collect on acct. but the customer still errors and selects regular UPS Ground so the charge is added to the order , and they the customer puts their ACCT in the comment field. So then I have to go back and edit the order and make she shipping to $0 then save the order , then print. This is time consuming. I wish there is just the option for the customer to select UPS or FEDEX Collect and then a filed shows up for them to enter their ACCT #. Simple right? i get hundreds of orders like this. please help..thanks chris
