OK, I have a weird problem on one of my stores. It is on 4.6.1. For some reason, the link to create a new shipment isn't on the order details page. I can add a tracking number, but not an actual shipment. It works fine on my other stores, but I just can't figure it out for this one store.
Does anyone have any ideas? Is there a setting I'm missing and just can't see?
