Hi!

A patch release is onstage. Meet CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor 4.6.2. No new features here—the new version only fixes issues and optimizes performance.

This time we focused on Product variations and fixed several issues reported by our dear customers. Thank you for your help!

Other fixes are related to options, reward points, FedEx shipping rates, PayPal, and performance optimization.

Please read our blog post with details on all the fixes and improvements: http://blog.cs-cart....-6-2-released/.

And we'll be happy to know what you think about this release. Please discuss it here in this forum topic.

The upgrade appeared and disappeared in the admin panel. It doesn't come up anymore. Did you guys disable the upgrade?

Most probably the upgrade you saw was downloaded by someone else, because we within first week after release we give away upgrades by a limit number per day.

Please check again, I think it should be there.

Don't upgrade to 4.6.2 if youre using product options!!! There is this huge bug that you cannot see main image of a product option after selecting variant!

I went live yesterday and used store import to upgrade from 3.0.6 to 4.6.2 and I regret this very much!

In order to see a bug try to select a color here:

I've written to cs-cart support and I'm awaiting for the response...

Wow, I'm astonished by the quick of the response. I've contacted cs-cart team and they provided me with a diff file after 3 minutes.

Good job guys!

The bug is known and will be fixed in 4.6.3 if you need you can contact them in order to patch the store with a diff file.

Hi, deepxtz

No news yet. Do you need it for any particular reason?

Hi imac,

Is any work being done on the image (photo/picture) upload and management in the admin backend for future versions?

The current picture management (upload, editing, positioning) is very outdated and cumbersome to use.

I'd like to see:
1) drag to upload images (saves time when your working with many images)
2) Select more than 1 image to upload in the select image window (currently have to select each image to upload and if your uploading 10 images per product it's very frustrating!)
3) Ability to re-order images including the main product image, currently have to re-upload an image if you want to make it the primary image)
4) Ability to size, crop images once uploaded
5) Ability to upload images in bulk to many products via the GUI. I know it can be done via CSV import which I have done, but its not easy and quick that way!

Thanks,
