Accidentally Overwrote "become A Vendor" Footer Block

I accidentally overwrote "Become a Vendor" footer block. There was a link saying "Apply for a vendor account and some conditional logic in the content such as "if type = 'A', then.... else...".

Does anyone have a copy of that content please?

I don't know. It's gone now. But, in multi-vendor version it says something like "Become a Vendor"
