Product Features - Number Issue

I'm trying to add a UPC "product feature" for product bar codes and it seems like it's not letting me enter a 13 digit number.

I create a feature with Type: Other - Number. Then when I go into the product and enter anything above 10 numbers, it automatically goes to "9999999999.99" when I save.

Not sure if this is a bug or a "feature" of cs-cart.

Please open phpMyAdmin and change type of the value_int column in the cscart_product_features_values table
