U: 4.5.2(Sp2) Shipping Methods - Only One Category Attracts Shipping Rate Topic   - - - - -

Problem Solved - thanks to those who helped - more than appreciated.

 

 

Hi

 

Apologies - Heading should only read:  4.5.2 (SP)Shipping Methods

 

I have recently has my store upgraded from 2.1.4 to 5.4.2(SP2), by CS-Cart.  Unfortunately the upgrade has screwed up many things that come back and bite.

My current issue is that when testing for ordering of product there is a message:

 

Shipping Options

Sorry, it seems that we have no shipping options available for your location.
Please check your shipping address and contact us if everything is okay. We'll see what we can do about it.

 
 

We have no requirement for shipping costs as those costs are calculated when the shop owner receives the order.

 

How do I eliminate the requirement for a shipping cost?

My settings were already unchecked for those fields. However I now have found another issue - I am in a loop at the checkout page.  Get to tick the "read terms" then the attached is what shows up.
