Woke up this morning to find that I can no longer access block options in the layouts.
Clicking on the block options "gear" brings up the spinner and never resolves.
I see a single error in the console related to the smarty console
TypeError: (null is not an object (evaluating '_smarty_console.document')
Not sure if this is normal or not.
