customer left a comment about a products but it is not showing on the live website. It shows in the reviews tab on the product details page. It is approved. I have comments from other customers that do show on another product page. I checked the admin settings. I checked the website/comments & Reviews. The settings look the same on both pages. What am I missing?

It would be great if you post here some screenshots to check if everything is correct.
Also, clear your cache.

The one thing I did not do was clear the cache. That did the trick. All good now.
