Mobile View - Blank Cart Problem

Some of our customers reported that their carts were empty in payment pages after they added products to their carts.
After investigation we learnt they used our web page by mobile devices. One of customers said his phone type was samsung s7
Is there anyone else who has this problem and what is the solution please?
