Looking for a built in ticket system module for Cs-Cart where I can get tickets, reply to tickets, etc through the backend.

 

I read about http://marketplace.c...port-addon.htmlbut www.snorocket.com is down and I haven't seen a posts about SnoRocket on here in months. 

 

Does anybody know if SnoRocket is still in business? And if no, any other built in ticket system module for Cs-Carts??

Sorry for the delay in responding.

 

So Re:Desk and ZenDesk are individual help desk services where all of the conversations and tickets are hosted through their websites. i want all the conversations hosted on my server for security etc. I am looking at http://marketplace.c...ion-add-on.htmlnow and if this doesn't work out I may reach out to  simtechdev.com for a qoute.

 

I'll try to post about my experiences for others looking for similar setups.

 

My biggest thing is being able to tag tickets with orders to keep track of everything the customer does in one system.

Re-desk also has a downloadable (hosted) version.

Would be nice to have a ticket system that is built into the cart so you can connect tickets with existing customers, tag orders, keep everything organized. You can be writing a ticket with John Doe and see John Doe's order, know what he bought, current status and John Doe can log into his account and view his current tickets or access them via email. That is what I am looking for. This is very common on Magento; not so much this platform. I was hoping SnoRocket's solution would work but I feel it is unavailable.
