Of course, all of us can use the Contact us form, but we offer you the easiest way for this - Ask question form that can be added to the product page with the help of our CS-Cart Ask Questions about products add-on.
GENERAL FEATURES:
- customers can ask any questions on the product page only in the special form
- all questions linked to the products are listed on the separate page in the admin panel
- search and sort system in the admin panel are included in the questions list page
- statuses (NOT ANSWERED > ANSWERED) are changing automatically after reply
- the Ask a question form is available in the tab or in the pop-up-by-click form
- automatical filling of the form for authorized customers
- an ability to specify the separate e-mail for questions about products
- an ability to choose the e-mail to be used in the e-mail sign
