Service Not Available

We are fully upgraded to the latest version.

The craziest thing...one of our many product categories is just not showing up.

It is showing the Service Unavailable page.

Yes it is active.
No it is not hidden or inactive.
Yes, I have even cleared the cache.

And...you cannot view any of the products in the admin...there were 17.

We were trying to add more products to this particular category...and poof!

Any suggestions?

It seems to make an indefinity loop. Do you have access to an error-log (at your hosting), so you can see where it goes wrong?

"I see this software requires quite a bit of memory.
[22-Mar-2017 13:21:38 America/New_York] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 73418401 bytes) in /home/toobeez/public_html/app/lib/vendor/imagine/imagine/lib/Imagine/Gd/Image.php on line 617
I raised the memory limit and this page now loads.

You may wish to look in to some optimization on this page if at all possible as this should not require this much Memory."


Anybody.... suggestions on optimizing?

Hi, if you want to use https protocol on the whole store, you should fix some hardcoded links like:

Also, the amount of memory used is directly proportional to the size of your imagery. If you have a 4k X 4k image but are only every displaying 1K X 1K, everytime you go to create an image of reduced size, you'll be creating a thumbnail and it will load the original into memory to create the reduced size thumbnail.

Suggest you optimize your detailed images to be the maximum of any size you will use on your site.
