We are redesigning the notifications and our order processing system for one of our stores.
We need the notifications for the administrator and for the purchasing department to be made in plain text to avoid double coding.
We are trying to use the mail template editor but we do not know how much I should include in the template.
How can we make notifications in plain text? Any suggestions?
