I am building my store in the domain1 and i want to tranfer it to domain2 in the same server. Can anyone suggest me how to procced, i should make a fresh instalation of cs-cart first and then back up and restore?

If I understood you correctly, you do not plan to use first domain in the future. In this case ask your hosting provider to change domain name for the website

No i dont want to use the first domain anymore, i will ask my hosting provider, thank you
