Weird Category Names After Upgrade

Hi guys.

My cart is now working just fine but since the upgrade performed by CS-Cart support

there are 2 new category names that are just copies of old product titles.

Weird stuff.

All I want to know is if I can safely delete them.

I would ask support but you know what they are like.

"Sorry, you have no credits"...lol. Not really that funny I suppose.

As I can see they are disabled so you can delete them without any problem i guess.

Any more professional advice would be good

Yes exelorien, what you say sounds reasonable but having it backed up

by one of the resident whiz kids would make it certain. Thanks heaps for chiming in.

I am always deathly afraid of fiddling with my cart...lol

After job is done support not always leave place same as how it was when started. Instead of you I would check site root via ftp, on my site they left a 3rd party application a DB editor similar to phpmyadmin.. This is concern for me if customers sensitive data is treated such way..

If these categories do not contain products, delete them. But do not pay attention to the zero counter. Sometimes it can display wrong information. Click on it to see all products from corresponding category

Yes I found the same thing sitting there at root and gave it the flick.

eComLabs. So sorry that I may have appeared rude for not replying sooner.
