There is no easy way. But you can use the $smarty.session.wishlist array and HTML block with SMARTY template
You mean putting simply $smarty.session.wishlist to smarty block? Well this does not do anything.. I have tried including a wishlist template, all styling is included but products not filled..

This array contains wishlist data. You should create a code which will display wishlist items in the required way
In such case it is not for me :) not a coder, maybe you will make addon..
I have noticed it is rather popular these days to display wishlist or in other words what you are following in home page..
