Add To Cart Popup Should Stay Visible Longer

Using CS-Cart 4.3.4

I had a question. So when you fill out the order form, it creates a floating popup that reads, "The product was added to your cart"

Can I either make this stay up on the screen, forcing the user to select x, view cart or checkout. Or better yet, can it redirect the user right into the cart?

I feel like the cart use to have an option for this? Was it removed? I been searching the forums and a lot of the conversation dates back 2010.

Any advice is appreciated.

Settings->General->Allow checkout only from the Cart content page :

Settings -> Appearance -> Notice displaying time (to turn off the autohide function enter 0)
