We need an option (inside the order) which takes automatically the track ID when turn the status in the final step. Also we want the customer to takes automatically the trackid via mail in the same time. If we can include more options feel free to suggest.

As far as I understand, you need to track orders. We have such functionality in CS-Cart. Please see http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/0265zwmb43. A customer enters order ID, and the order details page opens where customer can find shipment information. Please see http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/02d5zwmhb0 . Is this what you mean?
If the tracking code should be retrieved through the API, additional code modifications will be required. Also some systems allow to show shipping/tracking timeline via the widget. If your local Courier provide it, we recommend to integrate it also.
