Since the last 2 days my store has started charging taxes regardless of locations. This has been operational for over a year with no issues. It should only be collecting sales taxes in Texas but now it doesn't matter... last order was from Japan, one before that from California, both were charged sales taxes.
I've checked my settings and all looks good. Update to 4.3.8 was on June 8 and was working fine until the 27th. I haven't made any adjustments since then.
