Admin panel notifications are handy and informative, but once you have seen them they are useless.
Yet, the notifications keep pestering us every day of the year. We need to keep clicking them all away. On mobile its difficult to do.
Please make all non-critical notifications dismissible, so that once a user closes a notification it will not be displayed to that user again.

What notifications are you referring to? The only ones I ever see are the green ones when editing a product, order, status and they go away by themselves.
