We have a website where we use the subscribe block but after we enter the email address we receive a successful subscription message and the email is NOT registered in the list.

Please make sure that at list one mailing list is created in the admin panel
There is only one list created and it is not receiving anymore new subscriptions.
If I create a second list the subscriptions start to appear automatically linked to the second mailing list but i want to use the first mailing list. After I delete the second mailing list the subcription stops working again
In this case I have no idea. It is required to examine the issue directly on your server. Please contact CS-Cart support team or hire someone from this forum
