I have some images that are between 500 - 1000 mb and I'd like to compress them to below 100mb.

Are the any compressors / add ons that I can use to achieve this?

Unfortunately, there is no way to optimize only one image from all, but you can see the examples of the optimized image in the discussion about this add-on here.
