Shipping Options Problem

Having an issue with shipping options.

All of our shippers are from Ukraine & Russia -> shipping to USA, Canada, and the Default destination (all countries). That's what we have in our Admin->Shipping & taxes->Locations

I have created 2 shipping methods - Russian Post & Ukrainian Post. The settings for the 2 are the same. Here are my settings:

e663a-clip-61kb.jpg?nocache=17f1ad-clip-73kb.jpg?nocache=1

On the product page I have these settings:

a4914-clip-40kb.jpg?nocache=1

Address of the vendor is Ukraine. Address of the buyer is in USA.

At checkout I get -> No shipping required

What am I doing wrong? Why the shipping is not showing up?

I looked through the Knowledge base, but couldn't find the answer, nor on the forum.

Thanks

Try to add the following cost dependance:

More than 0.0 rate = $1

More than 0.1 rate = $0

Are you talking in the Locations or in the Shipping Methods?

I tried in Shipping methods in all countries, doesn't solve the problem.

You have to set location USA

More than 0.0 rate = $1

More than 0.1 rate = $0

If the buyer is from USA, you should change USA rates

This way? Still doesn't work.

Make sure that the shipping method is available for vendor. You can do this on the editing vendor page.

Yes, figured it out already, emailed support, this is a huge problem for multi-vendor. This should be addressed immediately, you're selling multi-vendor script with a missing function that probably takes 5 minutes to code.

We will add this feature in one of the next Multi-Vendor releases.

Thank you for the feedback.

dynamok, I couldn't agree more.

CS Cart's built a clever dependency based shipping calculator that 90% of vendors will not use.

It is so much easier to estimate charges based on experience shipping similar items.

The current shipping set up is complicated enough that most of us have trouble figuring it out and I anticipate spending 24 hours a day responding to support inquiries from my vendors.

CS Cart, please look to eBay and etsy for examples of how our Vendors will expect shipping to work.
