Server Changed Site Traffic Drastic Drop Help Needed

We moved servers a week or so ago and since the move we have experienced a huge drop in traffic/orders. Coming to the site.

Sitemap and thngs look okay in webmaster tools.

Is there anyone here who offers a service that could analyse the move and files etc to ensure all is as it should be.

We moved to a supposed better faster server, pointed to the new ip address from old host.

We did have some downtime due to previous server being full but not huge.

Yes this is part of problem, going backward and forward with host not working out very well.

Did you always had whole site https enabled?

Had whole https since June this year, worked fine, on previous server with same host

Have been using pingdom etc etc to monitor, but seems to be just coming and going.

Not saying this is the case, but few years back when I switched whole site to https in 1 - 2 month google started dropping out my pages from index, from first ranking page according to some keywords I was not to be found at all soon. I know google now advises to do that but due to my experience and current good rankings will not switch to https (index page) till I will be forced to.
