If you mean e-mail, please change the following file:
design/themes/YOUR_THEME/mail/templates/addons/gift_certificates/templates/default.tpl
It contains all GC styles

i changed that already to #ffa3ed this pink code but in the email its still blue
i use the basic theme
also i cleared cash and refreshed
its the latest version
Try to delete the var/cache directory manually and check the result
