Hi,
After upgrading our web-shop from v.4.2. to v.4.3(basic theme) we encounter some issues with hosting .
we start to receive (almost daily) errors like this : 500 error limited resourge
please check attached prtscreen with our resource usage …
some ideas why this happening ? we do not modify anything on web-shop, just upgrading …
can be a bug from basic theme ?!?

Notwithstanding any problem you may find with the CSCart config.
We had a similar issue with v2.1.4 when we moved to a cloudLinux server.
Standard cloudLinux servers have a "Entry Processes" limit of about 20.
We needed to have our hosting company tailor our account to suit cscart, by
Entry Processes: 40
I/O: 4 MB/s
Physical Memory: 2048 MB
Virtual Memory: Limit Removed.
IMO CloudLinux is an idiotic and inappropriate way to manage Shared Hosting and in standard form is useless for hosting a serious eCommerce site of even low traffic. Cloudlinux places maximum limits on the resources of each "slice of the server". So any peaks in activity will could easily max out resources and trigger your account to be suspended with the 500 error.
According to our host support, cscart is quite resource hungry, but then I guess they would like to blame the software rather than the hosting.
My advice is to avoid using servers with cloudlinux installed.

If everything worked correctly earlier, you should contact hosting provider. Most possibly they updated something in the server configuration recently
