When trying to add an order from a customer over the phone a couple of small changes would make this process faster.
Currently you need to add the billing address and the shipping address.
Can a “Same as Billing Address” button be added that copies the same information down as already entered ?
When products are added there is a “Add Products and Close” Button.
Can a “Add Products and Save” Button be added so when multiple products are added there is not the extra delay of reopening the page each time.
Speed in order processing with customers on the phone is important and anything to speed this up is important.
Guess what 4.3.1 has already implemented my first idea a “Same as Billing Address” button.
Now just need my second idea added.
