Why can’t we search and clone options??
Working with many global options this is a must as well as filter by store?
I agree that the whole Option functionality is not the best part of CS-Cart.
A work around to 'Cloning options' is to use global options. We've created more than a dozen of them.

Yes indeed, that's what I've been doing also to some extent but it would be good if we could search and clone those. Seems like basic functionality is missing here when it's so advanced elsewhere…
