I am having an issue with reward points on version 3 with reward points, I give them 500 for signing up no problem then a customer goes to use it all upon checkout now when I look or act on there behave to see it shows “You have 500 points” and under says “your points 110” after promo code box.
It is not recalculating correctly and I did tick all recalkulate boxes in the add-on section of reward points and set value at 50 points equals 1.00. Do I tick off all the boxes in the reward points admin area or 1 or 2 certain ones
