In case you would like to use the Multi-Store feature, then CS-Cart should be just fine for you. It will let you create an online store where you, as the root and single admin, will be able to manage your products through one or multiple storefronts (stores).
Multi-Vendor, on the other hand, is designed for creating an online “mall” where multiple independent vendors will sell their products through one common storefront.
Speaking about your requirements, they can be fulfilled either with the default functionality (product reviews, options, prices with discounts), achieved by performing some modifications or implementing the 3rd - party addons (for example, from our MarketPlace - Add-ons).
