Evidently it seems from the cs-cart 4.2.1 that a new addon Video Tutorials has been added. But even after enabling it, we were not able to find out how it works. Anyone knows how it works?

You cannot change anything in this module. It just shows 3 video on the following controllers: block_manager, themes and store_import
