Debugging Realtime Shipping Methods?

Been having problems getting accurate quotes from FedEx and UPS on a multivendor 4.0 install.

Communication between realtime shipping services and cart don’t seem to appear in the logs when rates are quoted in the cart.

Anyone know how to enable this logging?

thanks in advance…

Hello,

Please make sure that logging of the HTTP/HTTPS requests is enabled on the Settings > Logging page of your CS-Cart admin panel. After that you should be able to see such requests to the shipping services and their responses on the Administration > Logs page.

Also there is the Test button on the Update shipping method page which allows to test the selected real-time shipping rate estimation service. Test estimation considers the weight that you specify in the form as well as the company (Settings → Company) and the default customer address (Settings → General/Default location.)

Thanks for your replies.

I have logging of http/https requests enabled, but not seeing any entries when the cart produces a shipping rate at checkout, nor when using the test mechanism in the Realtime Shipping Method configuration.

Any other ideas? Is there a way to disable this logging that has perhaps been turned on?

Anyone? Still not seeing any log entries…
