Do you have these fields added for product already? It seems you need add these fields for each product and add ability export these fields. If so, you need custom development. Do we understand you correctly?
I believe the OP's issue is that they are supposed to be product features for Google stuff. And I don't believe features get exported with the product data. But I could be wrong and there's some option to do so in current version(s).
