Hi,

I want to add my favicon but I get this error message: ErrorThe image format is not supported by GD library installed on your server. The thumbnail was not created.

I upload favicon 16[color=#545454][font=arial, sans-serif][size=1]x[/size][/font][/color]16 px in ico format.Why is that error?

You can upload the favicon to the home directory.

[color=#282828][font=arial, verdana, tahoma, sans-serif] I generate the favicon on [/font][/color][url=“http://www.favicongenerator.com/”]http://www.favicongenerator.com/[/url] and uploaded it ot the home directory and clean the chache but still nothing.Any Ideas?

Second opinion is to check with your server host and make sure you have current PHP and GD Library installed.

Did you try different browser?

GD is installed

You upload a 16x16 image in one of the supported image formats (jpg, png, gif).



The cart then converts and saves it to favicon format.
