I am using cs-cart 4.1.5 - wanted to know how I can remove that +, - sign from the option variant its annoying for some customer as they thing its only +25 or +100 … instead they dont know its a add up to the cost of the whole good.

Are you saying you want to show the item total (quantity * price) + the option modifier so it shows the total for the quantity selected? Or are you really just wanting to remove the '+' sign and confuse your customers because they now think the cost is the option modifier amount.
