I have purchased and installed 4.1.2 and have all my products setup (about 1500 products).

[]I have the weights and dimensions of each product in the appropriate shipping fields.
[]I have activated the FedEx shipping option and entered all my FedEx account info.

During a test checkout I can't seem to get ANY other option besides free shipping.
I am operating in the USA and shipping to the USA. I'm not getting any errors stating it can't ship to my location as I know will happen if you have the wrong localizations setup.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
