Anybody know why I have these links in webmaster tools, they are causing a lot of duplicate pages titles for Goog, and I dont know why or how to get rid of them

These URLs mean pages with the selected product filters variants. We suggest you to block these URLs in the robots.txt file
Or you can try using this Addon CS-Cart Filter And SEO Addon (compatible CS-Cart v4.1.x)

is there a shortcut to blocking all in robot.txt or does each one need to be added seperately,
