Upgraded to 4.0.3: Display issues w/ 2nd Store Only

I recently logged into my client's admin and got a message about upgrading to 4.0.3. I did.

They have their main store plus an addon or second store. Their main store looks fine as if nothing changed because of the update but the 2nd store is not displaying correctly. I mean, the blocks are all over the place. Blocks that were suppose to be in the footer, look to be in the header, and footer blocks are missing. It is a big mess. In admin though, all of the blocks are still set in the right places. This is a display issue.

Is anybody else having this issue with their second store since upgrading to 4.0.3? I don't see what changes could cause this unless there is something about the theme that caused this.

I am baffled. I wrote CS-Cart helpdesk a few days ago and they are backed up. Meanwhile, the site looks too terrible to launch and my client needs it to go live.

Thank you.

Looks right to me, so you either fixed the issue since you posted this or you need to clear your browser cache.

Maybe I’m just going crazy? :) I have cleared my browser’s cache and the site still does not look correct to me. The newsletter sign up is floating in front of my main banner, as well as copyright and other elements.

Like I said, it’s strange because the main site is fine. The additional storefront is way off. It was file til the update too. Surprise nobody else is dealing with this.

Yep, my bad. I checked it with Firefox where it looks fine. In Chrome it is looking as your screenshot does. The difference in my instance is I am using AdBlock Plus for Firefox. If I disable AdBlock, the site appears the same as it does in Chrome.

Is it possible the Blocks 'Custom CSS' values has been lost in the upgrade? How did you apply the design changes - by editing the default templates files, or by using hooks (my_addons or similar)?

I purchased a theme. It came with “locations”. I imported the locations.

It is odd that locations and blocks are just fine on my main store but not on the add-on store. I don't get it. They both use the same cart.
