CS-Cart 4: All address fields missing on front end

using cs-cart 4. When user tries to create or edit account, only password fields shows. All other fields missing so user can't edit shipping address. All these fields as set to show in profile and checkout.



I never had this issue with 3.x.



Any ideas why all profile fields are missing from front end?

do you have them endabled in the admin panel to be shown/required on the profile page?

Hi, yes, I do have them enabled in the admin Profile Fields page.

Check this field: Quick registration under Settings: General. Uncheck it for a try.

Quick Registration is unchecked but still broken.

It sounds wired. If its fresh installation then try with another installation.



Might solve it also try to install with demo data, so you get with default settings.

I know this is an old topic, but I'm having this same issue… all signs point to it being correct, yet it's not… was there every a solution (aside from another installation)

2 Store Fronts are perfect,

But 1 store front is missing the profile fields in the admin,

as a result the new store front won't checkout, results in a 403 error when trying to pay as a result,

Whats strange is it appears to have worked at some stage as we have had 20 orders to begin with

Looks like profile fields are not shared to 3rd store-front. Please check

Just a follow up now that we've fixed it,

The profile fields weren't shared to the new store front.

Its possible for a new storefront with no profile fields, meaning all orders will fail,

Solution for us was to manually edit each profile field and share it to the appropriate storefront missing the data.
