CS-Cart does not support volumetric or dimensional weight, while the main shippers use this to calculate their prices.

Unfortunately this request has been marked as implemented, because multi-box shipments has been implemented. But this is not correct, because an important part of the feature request has not been implemented.
245 votes say that we need dimensional weight implemented in CS-Cart. That would have been a lot more if voting would not have been locked in 2011.

It's absurd.
I can't even offer domestic shipping, international shipping or supplier shipping.
Shipping does not work and so I can't put my site live.
It works on my default localization - via weight based calculation which is fine
[sharedmedia=core:attachments:6969]
However it doesn't work on another location/localization setting with the exact same setup as the one that works
[sharedmedia=core:attachments:6970]
I'm completely halted.
Have you tried with fewer digits in the US post number. I think it needs the exact number of digits from an US zip code, otherwise it will give you an error.

I thought it should be running off of Wildcards which I have set exactly the same way as UK shipping?!
For UK shipping I have set
???
??? ???
??? ???
All of these work.
Dimensional shipping is needed for Australia Post when creating manual Shipping Method.
This has been suggested so often, but completely ignored by CSC.
