I want to create promotion Like below :

for first 5 pcs, price discount 90%
for second 5 pcs, price discount 80%
for third 5 pcs, price discount 70%
...
...
...


Admin page :
admin can set maximum qty per-order per user
price discount using percentage or nominal


Anybody can create this addon ???
