Hi, we are using our call center to take most of our orders and I have 2 questions. The first one I will post here. When the call center is using the front end to take an order, they use Checkout as Guest. This is great, but in the admin area, the person that the order was placed for is not seen as a customer or user. We need to track these people by their name, etc. Is there a setup that I have incorrect that would allow a guest to be seen as a customer in the admin panel?

Would this just be a matter of taking the view and controller and duplicating the orders to the customer view?
