Single tab on billing option

Hi all,



Is there a easy way to combine tabs on billing options.



Right now I have two tabs :

  1. Internet Payments
  2. Cash on Delivery



    I want all of them to be on a single tab/page like it used to be in previous version.



    any easy way ?
