I`m just wondering is there such a feature in sc cart MV edition, because i have clients that what to buy MV edition, but they want their vendors to have option by sending one SMS to move their products in first page of site in section "featured"

Unfortunately there is not such a feature in Multi Vendor edition. But it can be done within custom development service. If you are interested, contact us to get a free quote.
