Hi,

I am wondering if anyone has a phone number for martfox.com I have now submitted 6 tickets marked urgent in the last 12 hours as both my sites are down. I won't get into the gory details as to why.... but I have searched for their phone number and come up with nothing. I should have known.... a company without a phone number is bad news.

You don't have to be an utter idiot to draw parallels to the fact that Roman appear to be listed as the 'Authorized' contact for martfox.com - I just checked the link you gave me furthermore...

As for Mr Roman R posting under a different name - I'll leave this up to the forum to decide the purpose/reason?

Don't know, what are you talking about, anyway it has been mentionted and answered xx time here in the past - they don't offer a phone support as it will not speed things up. All questions can be answered via their support tickets.

that is funky idiotic behaviour indy0077, i am sorry i do not know you and do not use your service and never will use....but what is this?!! read this thread urself at one go, including your posts.... makes sense? though this is none of my business but in a community one has to comment once in a while. (he is asking for a phone contact after you failed on support tickets!!!)

Of course you don't offer phone support. The phones would be ringing off the hooks all day by angry customers! And your support tickets DO NOT WORK. 15 hours it took someone yesterday to get back to me.

*No phone number spells shady business ask anyone here in North America Indy. We business owners do not hide behind email only service - unless we have something to hide.. or hide from!

So it's been an issue with others in the past that you do not offer phone support. Support tickets are fine and dandy if you actually ANSWER them. It's still shady not to have any way for your customers to reach you by phone.

you are well loved on this forum I see Indy. Why would you want so many people disliking you? And better yet, why after years of unhappy customers does Martfox not get it together!

You may have come to this forum looking for a phone number to contact Martfox. Unfortunately you are out of luck. Submit a ticket (if you can get on their website to do so). Hopefully they will get back to you in a timely manner - most of us are not so lucky. If you are looking for hosting at Martfox you might want to take into consideration the fact that they do not have any way of contacting them besides tickets. I wish I had realized this before I signed up with them for a year. I left a year of paid hosting behind to go somewhere more respectable. Try www.wiredtree.com they have been wonderful to deal with and even call you to verify your order - and best of all they have a toll free number you can call them (if you ever have an issue). Don't make the same mistake I did .... and many others. Food for thought.
